Senior Director of Property Management

Angel Grant is an integral part of our success and brings over 17 years of property management expertise in diverse property types to include office, condo associations, industrial flex, retail, warehouse, food processing centers, data centers and multifamily. She has run multimillion dollar capital expenditure projects, energy efficiency retrofits, and obtained highly sought after LEED, and Energy Star Certifications. Ms. Grants clients have included large institutional organizations, GSA facility groups, non-profit organizations, family trusts, and entrepreneurial investors. She is valued for her breadth of experience and her dedication to ensuring Taicoon consistently provides the highest level of customer service. She is responsible for oversight of all properties within the portfolio, currently totaling over 1.4 million square feet. Ms. Grant is a proud United States Army veteran and is currently pursuing her CPM designation.
