Hai Chien Wang is the CEO & Co-Founder of Taicoon Property Partners, where he believes value is driven by vision, innovation, and exceptional customer service. As an established real estate executive, he brings combined business, real estate, and project management acumen that drives large, complex projects forward and delivers transformational impact. During his 15 year tenure at a global real estate firm he mastered the art of strategic repositioning and timely executional excellence. He managed the full lifecycle of the fund from acquisition to due diligence, strategic planning, renovations, and disposition, including transforming the fund’s properties from Class C to Class A. He is also recognized for his leadership in sustainability by elevating the fund’s ESG ranking through portfolio certification. He has a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from C.Y. Christian University in Taiwan.
