Luxury Condominium Development Concept Unveiled for 1501 Langston Blvd in Arlington, VA

Taicoon Property Partners LLC is proud to announce the filing of a conceptual site plan for 1501 Langston Blvd in Arlington, VA, marking a significant milestone in the development of this prime location. The proposed project is set to introduce exquisite luxury condominiums that will redefine modern urban living in Arlington. 

1501 Langston is an 85,422 square foot office building at the intersection of Langston Blvd. and N Oak St. at the gateway to Arlington.  WDG has designed the redevelopment to become a branded residence, promising a new standard of sophistication and comfort, although specific details regarding the brand name have not yet been disclosed.

Taicoon 1501 Langston LLC, an affiliate of Taicoon Property Partners LLC, acquired Air & Space Forces Association’s (AFA) national headquarters building in Arlington, VA., for $16.25 million in June 2023. This transaction was facilitated by Cresa’s Mindy Saffer and Natalie Gosnell, along with Matt Pacinelli and Charlie Smiroldo of Stream Realty Partners.   

Prior to this transaction, 1501 Langston Blvd, was under the ownership of AFA going back to 1984. The office building spans 85,422 square feet across 1.3 acres in the vibrant Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor. Currently, AFA occupies a portion of the space, with the remaining area leased to other tenants.  AFA is anticipated to vacate the building during the summer of 2024 and the remaining tenants will move out by December 2026.   

Taicoon Property Partners has prioritized collaboration with both the local community and county officials to ensure that the project aligns with the needs and aspirations of Arlington residents. Public engagement and feedback will continue to be integral as the project progresses.
