Plans For One Of Northern Virginia’s Largest Condo Projects Move Forward

Plans for one of the larger condominium projects in Northern Virginia are making their way through the approval process.
Taicoon Property Partners will take its plans for a seven-story, 88-unit luxury condominium project at 1501 Langston Boulevard (map) before the Arlington County Site Plan Review Committee in the coming weeks.
The WDG Architecture-designed building will take the place of a vacant office building that served as home to the Air & Space Forces Association for 40 years. Given the former use, Taicoon is planning a 1,300 square-foot Air Force Heritage Gallery and museum on the ground floor of the development which will include meeting and event space open to residents and community groups.
Another interesting aspect of the new development will be the size of the planned condos. Unlike many new residential developments in the region, the majority of units at the project will be two- and three-bedrooms.
