Dove Valley Phoenix LLC Named Successful Bidder for Two North Phoenix Auction Parcels

PHOENIX, Ariz., June 26, 2026 — 

Dove Valley Phoenix LLC, an affiliate of Taicoon Property Partners LLC, today announced that it has been named the successful bidder for two Arizona State Land Department auction parcels in north Phoenix: the Southern Parcel, approximately 186.824 acres near I-17 and West Dove Valley Road, and the Northern Parcel, approximately 181.185 acres near I-17 and Carefree Highway.

The result positions Dove Valley Phoenix LLC to evaluate a meaningful long-term opportunity in one of Phoenix’s most dynamic growth corridors. The parcels are located in proximity to major regional investments, including TSMC and Halo Vista, and Taicoon views the sites as potentially complementary to the broader economic momentum underway in north Phoenix.
