Hai Chien Wang leads Taicoon's U.S. investment strategy, acquisitions, development initiatives, and capital relationships. He brings more than 15 years of institutional real estate investment and asset management experience. Under his leadership, Taicoon has established and expanded a growing U.S. portfolio across Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Phoenix — owning prominent commercial properties in downtown Washington, D.C., and now working on the development of the Phoenix TSMC territory.
Kai Tan
CEO (Asia) & Co-Founder
Kai Tan is a prominent entrepreneur, investor, and business executive who serves as the Co-Founder and CEO (Asia) of Taicoon Property Partners. Tan previously built a strong reputation in the renewable energy sector, where he was instrumental in developing J&V Energy Technology Co., Ltd. into one of Taiwan's top publicly listed renewable energy platforms. At Taicoon, he co-directs the firm's global strategy, focusing on cross-border ventures, sustainable development, and maximizing long-term asset value through community-driven and resource-efficient spaces.
