CEO (USA) & Co-Founder
Hai Chien Wang is Co-Founder and CEO of Taicoon Property Partners. With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, he has led acquisitions, investment strategy, and asset repositioning across multiple property types and markets.
Kai Tan
CEO (Asia) & Co-Founder
Kai Tan is an investor and Co-Founder of Taicoon Property Partners. He previously helped build J&V Energy into one of Taiwan's leading publicly listed renewable energy platforms and has driven ventures focused on long-term value and sustainable global growth.

Managing Director
Suzanne Pyles brings nearly 30 years of commercial real estate leadership in the Washington, D.C. region. Her experience spans property management, leasing, acquisitions, construction, and branding, with a track record of growing portfolios exceeding 4 million SF.
Angel Grant
Senior Director, VP
Angel Grant serves as Senior Director of Property Management. She has managed Taicoon's prominent Washington, D.C. office assets and was recently featured in Washington Business Journal for her role in Taicoon's acquisition and repositioning efforts.
Dagoberto Farias
Director of Engineering
Dagoberto Farias brings over 15 years of building engineering experience to Taicoon Property Partners. He bridges communication across our diverse team while leveraging multiple HVAC certifications and expertise with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
